MUSEUM SECTION

Hi, we're Kathy & Graham, together we run pendlediecast.co.uk. Here we aim to build a full on-line museum that covers every Matchbox superfast issue including all colour variations and box types. The collection spans from 1969 when the first superfast models entered the 1-75 line up right up to 1982 when Lesney Products went into receivership and the new Matchbox International began to move production to the Far East. Not only do we cover the UK production but we also have sections on far rarer issues such as the Brazilian and Hong Kong produced models. We have almost every box type including special versions for the Japanese market. Reproductions of all the boxes featured are available on request by email. We are still looking for some models to finish our collection, mainly Brazilian and Japanese issues (these will be shown on the listings in white). We have many mint and boxed Matchbox cars for sale at the moment, these can be found in the PendleDiecast on-line shop or on Ebay if you follow the link to our auctions.

The site may be up and hopefully running but we are still working very hard to get all areas of the site open. Please be patient and come back regularly to see our progress. This is our first attempt at designing and writing a site so as I'm sure you can appreciate - it has been very hard.
